The guys that came to pick up our junk were very courteous and efficient. One of the crew even found a quarter in the old couch and tried to give it to me.I told him finders keepers. The only reason I didn't score a 10 was because of the fee but saying that doesn't mean I wouldn't use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again as I have used the service a few times.
