Faith was great and incredibly knowledgeable. I loved the community and had all of my questions answered.

Repair requests for obvious plumbing and hvac construction flaws are either slow moving or denied because of costs.

The energy was great but it really just boiled down to the spacing and layout.

The units are fine. The staff takes too long to respond and after seeing and hearing about the violent dog situation, it does not feel like the safest place to be at some times.

The property management is horrendous. Shay has horrible customer service and allows the leasing agents to treat residents poorly as well. I’ve been laughed at on the phone when calling with maintenance issues multiple times by Liz and there is never anything done about it. Also they keep the heat on in the gym and refuse to turn the A/C on in the middle of the week if they hear it may get cold during the weekend. Horrible place to live, wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy.

Great staff. Toilets in apartments were dirty.
