The staffs are great and helpful

The property management is horrendous. Shay has horrible customer service and allows the leasing agents to treat residents poorly as well. I’ve been laughed at on the phone when calling with maintenance issues multiple times by Liz and there is never anything done about it. Also they keep the heat on in the gym and refuse to turn the A/C on in the middle of the week if they hear it may get cold during the weekend. Horrible place to live, wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy.

Great staff. Toilets in apartments were dirty.
