Met with the assistant manager on Saturday (do not recall his name as he never introduced himeself). He seemed bothered that we showed up and did his absolutely minimum to show us around. He was also somewhat offended when asked to compare the community to Modera Waugh. In addition, some the door into the resident lobby was broken (which was somehow a good thing, because we stood outside the leasing office for a few minutes as no one answered the doorbell). If you market yourself as luxury living, you should have the right staff to market and sell it. I have much more to say, but I doubt this is used for anything.

LisMary has been the best apartment tour guide we’ve met so far. She explained and showed us everything and was at any moment very friendly and knowledgeable about the property.
