The situation has not been resolved and has been repeatedly marked as complete even though I’ve communicated that the problem persists.

Since we no longer have an on site super ( I don’t even know who the current super is or how to contact him ) I think the level of service has declined significantly.I think Francisco, Pedro, Mahadeo and Franly are A+ staff. Very responsive and professional. I am less satisfied with Malachi. He is too casual in his attitude, appearance and demeanor, frequently not at the door at various times (7:30 pm, 10:00pm, 10:50 pm, 9:45 pm) and as an older woman I like the security of knowing the door is staffed at night when I come home.
