Valerie who guided me was very professional and friendly. She did an amazing job.

Microwave crack was resolved very professionally and quick , however I did want to note that there is a crack that is in every microwave ,even in the replacement due to use from previous renters. Its not an issue for me , i think it looks okay. But i just don’t want to be at fault or the maintenance team. I think we are all okay. Thank you
