I have not had much interaction with the Community Management team in several years so i am leaving that blank. The building is well run - and the staff are friendly and helpful. Did we hire a new Superintendent? It would be good to notify people of that (before the Christmas list comes out, LOL) . Also for emergency water shut-off it would be great to post a big note visible when leaving and entering the lobby. Yesterday I went to the gym without reading the email about the water shut-off. Also for that a text-message would be good in addition to an email

Doorman are incredible. Management staff only cares about money. Could have sued you when my wife walked in the door and slipped because of no carpet when it was raining but I didn’t out of respect to the hardworking doorman. Later on I asked to keep my rent the same but Rudin is too money hungry to do that.

The maintenance does appear to have changed the filters in my AC. There were personal items all around both ACs and nothing was touched. It seems to me that the request was marked as complete without any work being done.

Concierge services, like dry cleaning etc.

I have asked too many times to count for someone to ask the residents on 11, specifically A and C, not to leave their sneakers, boots and umbrellas in the hall. I have asked the doormen and written rentcafe. Most recently I went to the office and Jeffrey assured me he would take care of it and call me later that day. He did neither. It’s a minor issue, but irritating, dirty and a fire hazard. The people who work hard to keep Rudin buildings clean well run deserve better. So do the tenants.
