I’ve left many messages regarding my lease/something about my apartment throughout this year and never ever got a call back.

The issue was not resolved. It is the carpet outside the elevators on floor 12 please

Washing machine is leakingand the dishwasher only works on one setting and doesn’t dry. Not super satisfied at all

Elevators hallways laundry dirty all the time

I have to keep reminding them to service my apartment, but eventually it gets done

The plaster man was here last Tuesday anddidn’t finish the job. Said he’d come back.I got a call yesterday am from the doormansaying the man wanted to come up. I saidafternoon was better but, he never came up.

No one has come to fix it yet

Hi -- I did a self tour on 3/28 at 11 am of 136 E55, 6J and immediately wanted to lease the apartment. Spoke Jason Allison on my way out of the bldg (1125am) about the on line application -- I did not receive until 3/29 at 1:10 pm -- over 24 hrs -- inexcusable -- we completed the application immediately, including our uploads of income information and received an error message so we could not pay the fee and fully complete. I left MULTIPLE phone messages on multiple Rudin phone lines for assistance, I sent MULTIPLE emails asking for assistance -- and received NO response - inexcusable. Finally we got thru on the phone to a gentlemen in your office on 3/31 at noon and he guaranteed we would hear back from Jason to fix the on line application by days end. Received NO call or email --- and now 4/1, I see the apartment is not on your website as available. This is completely unprofessional -- to lead us on, no response, while most probably someone had an application at same time. Some honesty integrity and professionalism would be nice and assumed appropriate for an organization like Rudin -- completely UNSATISFIED with my experience. Wanted the unit and am very well financially qualified.
