This work was not done. I’ve requested furniture to be removed before June 25. Haven’t received a date when it will be done.

Annual rent increases are brutal, paying more for the same exact experience. Elevator issues are a problem. Huge rent for no building amenities. Front door staff is great. Lobby renovation seems pointless, have to deal with construction and don’t feel like it’s an actual improvement to the building.
