All the questions in the survey are not pertinent to the information and apartment complex puts out to the public. One price is advertised then suddenly it’s a limited offer and if you need an apartment in a month, the price changes. Everyone is not in the position to instantly take an apartment, especially if they’re coming out of another lease and rental office and leasing offices. Take advantage of that so that diminishes my experience as usual.

Que sigan mejorando la manera de atención al cliente

Poner más atención en la petición de los residentes ya que la verdad nos asé falta mayor iluminación en las partes de afuera de los apartamentos ya que yo fui afectado con intentos de robo y rompieron un cristal y hay más vecinos que les han robado y otros intentaron abrir las ventanas la verdad no tenemos iluminación y por esa parte es más fácil para los ladrones robar sin ser visto y también la limpieza completa alrededor de los apartamentos ya que el día del incendio pasado dejaron vidrios y nunca a mandado a limpiar
