Rent increases too high

Elevators are slowest that I have I n 63 yrs living in apartments in nyc

we selected this lease last summer due to changes in our family’s plans: we learned last summer that we are closer to the top of the wait list for a unit in the senior community we have long planned on moving to one day. We can’t be renting an apartment in NYC when we do roll off the wait list.I do regard the concierge and porter service to be exemplary. I know no one other than my own NYC family and their friends (unlike my husband who has lots of college associates still) so the friendly demeanor and nice words and humor that I can exchange with the front of house staff is very important. You know that even long-time new yorkers who live in your units, can be lonely as their peers pass away. The demeanor of the head of house is so important to keeping them engaged.

I requested the repair on December 22. The repair has not been done
