I have had cockroaches in my bathroom and kitchen since July.

I’ve had three different maintenance technicians come take a look at the washing machine since lunchtime Monday. None of them were able to address the issue. Each maintenance technician has told me that a repair service needs to be called, that was stated to me Monday evening. All Tuesday was spent having two more maintenance personnel come to the same conclusion as the first, confirming that a repair service needed to be called.There doesn’t seem to be any coordination between the maintenance personnel. Each maintenance personnel has done the same investigation procedures as the prior one, all coming to the same conclusion, that repair a service needs to be called out.As of writing this, I am unaware as to if a repair service has been contacted.I’ve got two young children, the washing machine in our apartment gets used a lot and is a critical appliance.Because of my children and our Nanny, my work schedule as well as my wife’s work schedule, we need to be communicate with in order for a repairman to come into our home.I would appreciate an update so that we can proceed with getting this issue resolved as soon as possible and in a way that is safe and convenient for my children and family.

For the amount of rent that coincides with the services that were told the building provides, they do not line up. The doormen are not very attentive and feel quite lazy. Every time there is a delivery, they ask to put it in the elevator rather than bring the delivery up (as we were told was the building's process). There also seems to be some trouble with processing packages as days can go by where we don't receive packages even though we receive shipping confirmations of deliveries. When following up with the staff, there is often an attitude or dismissiveness in helping locate the package. The door staff often come off extremely overwhelmed.

I have an infestation of bugs in the kitchen, 5 different kinds. I had to wait 6 days for the exterminator because he only comes on Wednesdays.They were in my dishwasher, on my counters, cabinets floors, all over.

There is inadequate doormen and the building lobby is sloppy filled with people’s clothes shirts and Amazon packages

The need to have A-line kitchen hot water line turned on after maintenance. Over the years I have always had to call to have it turned on. Curiousity wonders why other tenants don’t question no hot water. This has been a problem over the years.it took 2 calls, (2 days) and that was the 4th day of no hot water. Also realize it was over the weekend.

My daughter, Jill Goldberg would like to rent in a Rudin building. It has not been an easy experience . Hopefully, apartments will be available for herThank you, Ms.Glass
