The beeping hvac units is a major flaw in the building design. This is the second time I experienced it, in different units. The first time it started beeping around 3am and when I called the concierge for help, I was told that nobody was available. This time was a bit better, but it still took several hours for someone to fix the problem, even thought I submitted a request and asked the concierge to follow up.A system where we wait until a unit at some random time starts beeping without stop is extremely poor and should be repaired. But, I'm sure nobody reads this or will do anything.

The different exterminators have not been successful at eliminating the silverfish bugs in my bathroom. Carlos is the only technician from the exterminating company you use who has been creative & really trying to solve this ongoing issue

No one ever came to check out problem

This has been an ongoing issue for the last three years that has never been properly looked at or troubleshot.

I’m a life long Rudin tenant. It’s become too institutional. Used to be family oriented and family ran. Almost seems too automized.Bathroom is absolutely gross and outdated.Also elevators are just terrible.I’m loyal and love the building I call home.

They haven’t done the windows yet.

The exterminator came later than usual, & I had to leave as I had a test at the hospital that I couldn’t be late for, so no treatment was done. I asked the front desk to put me on the list for next Wednesday. I hope he comes at his normal time next Wednesday.

Sorry it took months to fix. Various handymen check it but did not fix it. Marty did!!

MOST IMPORTANTLY I am tired of the chalk art from nannies, children and parents out back it is oppressive. The garden is for everyone to use and there are so many nannies and children that clearly don’t live here they move the furniture around never putting them back. I often go out to enjoy the garden in nice weather but am often turned away because of the throngs of children and Nannie’s descending on the garden like a flash mob. They often take up the walkways with dozens and dozens of strollers making it not only difficult to navigate the walkways but to navigate them safely, they basically just DON’T CARE about anyone else. Finally the garbage can out back right by the door is NOT the place for people to throw away their dog poop but they do and the flies descend on that can. Thank you for your attention.
