Unresolved issue with circuit breaker in kitchen. Called in issue 2 or 3 times and I get no response.

The rent prices given the state of the building, particularly the elevators (both the construction which causes slowness and the frequency with which they break down) and the driveway (with loose tiles) are egregious. Additionally, when we have a maintenance issue, service is often slow and it takes pestering to get our issue resolved. Lastly, security is lacking in the building, non residents walk in all the time that are not stopped.

I was told that my building no longer provides water filters for my refrigerators, and that I am required to pay out of pocket for a new filter every six months.

first of all all of the above… The carpets throughout the common area on each floor are disgusting and filthy! The quality of air is contaminated as I find rogue hairs, and lots of debris in the apartment. I have to vacuum and dust every day! This building is a big rip off! It looks great from the outside looking in… Until you actually get into an apartment… There are no amenities everything is dated! From the bathroom tile to the kitchen appliances and the quality of workmanship is disgusting… Paint is peeling from the ceiling, nobody has supervise the upkeep prior to my rental of this apartment, which I’ve been in now unfortunately, for 3 1/2 years. I’m actively looking to move… And one more thing, though the gym downstairs is well equipped in a cramped space… Nobody is keeping it up! The water filter on the wall has had a red light for the past 6 to 8 months… Nobody is monitoring and nobody has changed it… The sanitary wipes for the equipment are always running out!… Nobody is assigned and nobody cares… There is no Management… additionally, the washing machines are disgusting as they stink from mold! This has been an ongoing issue since I moved to this building in 2022… Most of them are broken down because nobody is maintaining them… It’s disgusting and unhealthy! I cannot wait to leave this building… additional The evening doorman are too busy playing with children and flirting with females, one in particular, anybody can walk in and nobody takes notice… Also, when I have arrived after 11 at night, the one doorman for a building this size does not make one feel secure, and in fact the evening dormant overall do not pay attention to cars, pulling up opening doors are helping people in and out of the building they are too busy filling around… there is no managementaccountability in this building across the board…I will never move to a RUDIN building again

Although ALL of my requests over a long time to refill the paper towels in the amenities bathrooms are ALL marked completed they have not been replaced. I will talk to Marty as there is obviously a problem with communication

The freezer door handle has still not been replaced so the service request has not been resolved.

The elevator service in the center tower has chronic outages!

Apartment was beautiful, only issue was the 3rd bedroom was too small. Devon was superb, he went above and beyond to try and help my family, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I wish it could have worked out, as I was a big fan of the building!

Doormen should call to let you have someone coming up.Night doorman should be informed of which Porter or Handyman is on duty when you have an emergency instead of saying “I don’t know who’s on”

I have called three times about having the tape and filters removed from the vents which was supposed to have happened weeks ago. No one has ever come to the apartment and they are still there.
