The taped cover over the vents in my kitchen and bathroom were in place as anticipated for about 2 months. During that time mold appears to have grown on my bathroom ceiling. When the covers were removed, both the tape and the paint came off, and the area around the vent in the bathroom looks awful. I’m hoping the mold will clear over time but I think it’s still present on my bathroom ceiling.

Although the multiple requests have been marked as completed there have not been any paper towels in the amenities bathroom for over at least 2 weeks!!!

The building management team is absolutely horrible. The way they treat residents is embarrassing. The condition of the building is pathetic, and I’m shocked that the Rudin family would allow these people to work at a company which bears their name. To list a few issues: the lobby is dated and poorly maintained, the elevator situation is obviously an embarrassment, the basement is un-air conditioned and covered with boxes and garbage, the resident amenities are windowless and depressing, the garbage rooms are unsanitary and disgusting, the laundry room is in disrepair and poorly maintained, the air conditioning is insufficient and poorly managed, the package room is poorly organized, and above all, the building management are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. I can not possibly recommend this building less, and I hope that the Rudin family are aware of what is happening under their name.

I asked them to fix the issue and they sent someone over to just clean

Nothing was done. The guy came, left and never came back. Typical these days. Rudin use to be great but is great no more!!!

The prices are over inflated compared to other buildings in the area that are comparable

No one replied or came to resolve the issue.
