Many times the doormen are talking to each other behind the desk and they don’t look up. Sometimes they pay attention and are great. More often than not, they aren’t paying attention.

Rents way too high. Amenities fee unnecessary. Elevators are an abomination. Package team and door staff need more team members. Two year lease system should be reintroduced.

I was told I can organize my own window washers. I am curious how often the building comes to wash their tenant windows though

After being trapped in one of the bathrooms in my apartment - locked in due to a faulty door knob - which could have lasted a lot longer, days? had my older daughter not been home from school - I would like a full review of all door knobs in my apartment.

Overall, the team did a great job. However, due to the complexity of the job, it took over 4 days to complete with a tremendous amount of disruption (e.g., my 5 year old daughter didn't have access to a bath which she needs; didn't have access to her toilet; and we had no access to our laundry machines). Again, the team did everything they could to speed up the process and do a great job. Marty and his team were wonderful and very professional and we appreciate tremendously their efforts. We are more disappointed that this problem was caused by a larger handling of the building's project that required them to turn off the water. This clearly triggered the problem in the first place. This apartment over the last 2.5 years has been riddled with all sorts of problems. 1.) A leaking of water from an upstairs apartment; 2.) A neighbor in 2B that to this day continues to have a noisy dog and a dog that sheds tons of hair outside our door and in the public stairwell each day -- my daughter and I are terribly allergic and the efforts to vacuum are just not enough; 3.) A family upstairs that still has not stopped letting their two boys run throughout the apartment causing banging noise each night when we try to eat dinner and put our daughter to sleep; 4.) Dogs allowed to run outside in the back without a leash as they bark in excitement from playing, causing disruption to my business meetings on Zoom, etc.; 5.) Toxic gasoline smells that have periodically come into our apartment from the garage downstairs. While the building has made some attempt to solve the problems listed above, most have been unsuccessful, and as you can imagine our lives have been disrupted and put at health risk, all while our rent has increased dramatically. To that end, we expect there to be some form of rent reduction next month, pro-rated for the 4 days of terrible inconvenience we experienced due to this bathroom and our laundry being put out of commission. We would also appreciate any efforts to get us out of this apartment into a better one as it is plagued with too many problems. thank you.

It took over 24 hours for someone to get back to me about my issue. Also, I’ve had issues with my dishwasher for months and there is no real solution from the staff other than wiping it or pushing a piece that keeps coming out back in.

Hallways and outside of apt doors need painting. Our apartment has old painting applied over and over. Needs sanding and properly finished. Bathroom sink had a stain when we moved in.Elevators need cleaning inside.

Packages should be delivered, instead of going down for them.
