Little resoonsiveness by mgt, i was injured do to very slow attention to flooding. May have caused very serious injury and most likely require surgery. Carlos promised to talk to me yet did not keep his word to me.

Several windows in my unit leak and are not sealed. Marty has tried many times to solve the issue. Nothing seems to resolve. I think the windows need to be replaced. Asap!!!

Better monitor the amenity space especially the gym. There are always ppl bringing their trainers or friends to workout not sure how you monitor but it’s too small to do that. Not enough room.Package room is always a mess.

Affordability in the building is my main concern. Been here for two years and the rent keeps massively going up. I would say I would renew but at a certain price point and for the offerings they will push us out. We don’t even have wash/dryer in unit and are paying more than what it is worth. On top of that the $100 amenity fee, while I frequent the gym and it’s nice, for the size of this building, the gym is actually small and i find myself waiting for machines quite often. I love living here, but am hoping for reasonable rent in the next coming lease.

We have had a roach infestation for several years which Rudin management has been unable to remedy. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. They are unreasonable at every turn.
