The management team is not accessible to concerns of the tenants. When I wrote a letter to Rudin management on Park Ave about an issue months ago, I did not receive a response. It doesn’t take over six months to replace elevators. A bldg could be built in that time. I, sometimes, wait 10-15 minutes for an elevator because they pass my floor for no reason or there is no room. No one watches over the elevator company. They are just talking on their phones and there is only one person working. Paying an additional $50 a month for the use of the laundry room and gym is absurd. We don’t use either. I have a washer and dryer in my apt. and we don’t use the gym. The raises of the rent that you charge each year is totally absurd. The air conditioning units were not cleaned out until June when that was always done beginning in April. The only thing that is positive is that the doormen and men who work in the building are very helpful and respond if there is a problem that they can fix. Your management team could take a lesson.

Ongoing issue for 18 mos, extensive attempts to resolve last summer but problem remains.Please expedite providing hot water in kitchen. This remains a health hazard.

Air conditioner makes a loud noise. Cannot use it. Problem not resolved

Air conditioner was making noise. I requested some one to look at it while I was rhere yesterday. They showed up after I left and said no problem.

Reka took a long time before doing anything. I had complained about the smell for months. Delicate matter. Could not take pictures of the smell. Only after an argument with Reka did he send Denzel to the apartment affected. I was supposed to get an email from Reka explaining to me what had occurred. I am still waiting for it. So I don’t even know what caused the persistant smell!Communication has not been the best lately. I am very sorry about that.

I wish the leasing team would be more flexible with rent increases to long time, good residents.

There are 3 treadmills in the gym at 254. 2 of the 3 treadmills are consistently broken. They have had to be fixed and it has been months if not a year

Elevator wait time can be very long

There is a minimum heat requirement for the city but we are not living in public housing. Please consider giving more heat above the city standard. Thank you.
