Reka took a long time before doing anything. I had complained about the smell for months. Delicate matter. Could not take pictures of the smell. Only after an argument with Reka did he send Denzel to the apartment affected. I was supposed to get an email from Reka explaining to me what had occurred. I am still waiting for it. There are 3 treadmills in the gym at 254. 2 of the 3 treadmills are consistently broken. They have had to be fixed and it has been months if not a year

Elevator wait time can be very long

There is a minimum heat requirement for the city but we are not living in public housing. Please consider giving more heat above the city standard. Thank you.
