definitely making sure things are repaired faster like the elevator and having cameras in the hallway in case of stolen packages

I think the staff were all very nice and helpful. It’s just the building is sometime not always the best. Each year something always happens. My first 2 years we had no hot water for whole month. And now my 3rd year we have 2 elevators out of order for the whole month.

Hire another maintenance technician so the wait for work orders is not as long. Have your promised amenities actually work while you have tenants staying in the building. Give notice if you will be testing the fire alarms instead of waking everyone up all of a sudden on a random weekday.

invest in some new elevators, they were down half of the two years i was a resident

Chuck was extremely quick to assist us and when he realized how big of an issue we had been having with our washer/dryer unit and he took a look at it, he replaced it for us entirely within a few hours. He also cleaned the area before putting the new machine in and showed us how to use the new one.
