Well, I'm here, so it was certainly good. I was able to speak to a resident which really helped convince me. Being able to see the facilities helped as well. Being able to speak with an agent would have been better, but the team was very responsive when I messaged.

I like living here most of the time lots of pest control + mold issues I would do things differently if given the option to go back in time

Positives: amenities, location.Negatives: neighbors’ indoor cigarette smoking gets in through our windows, neighbors leave dog waste in staircases and don’t know how to use trash chutes. Water pressure in bathroom sink is not good.
