Andres is AMAZING!!! He always pulls through and is super knowledgeable. He not only fixes the issue but explains the cause of why it was an issue to begin with.

The self guided tour was a little alienating and cold. It's pretty creepy to walk through these hallways alone and enter buildings on my own. Having a human there or a map as to where to go would be helpful. I got stuck in a small area which only led to the garage and none of the codes given actually let me out, so I just quit the tour early.Separately, the units themselves are certainly not worth the prices quoted.

Andres is just a wonderful person overall and he is just what this community needs.

I do wish we received earlier notice regarding any water shut offs to plan accordingly. I also wish rent wouldn’t keep increasing and wasn’t so high.

Had a problem with lease and long response with work orders and we have to call several times to get the work done. Once maintenance.person comes the work is done great.
