I have limited interaction with them, , but that said I have not been verywell satisfied with my interactions with the community resident person or the building resident manager, but well satisfied with the services of doormen, posters and handyman with whom I do interact with pretty closely. I am a returning former resident and understand there have been some policy changes and reductions in staff based on the realities of the times in which we live. That said, my reasons for taking an apartment before selling my home out of state, despite financial burdens, was my love of the family friendly aura present at the time of my first lease. Nonetheless, I remain satisfied with my decision to return to the 295 CPW residence.Many thanks for the opportunity to offer feedback about my Rudin experience😊

I would love to rent a one-bedroom apartment in a Rudin building on the Upper West Side when a unit becomes available. The studio I toured was too small.

Have had no heat in the bedroom for at least 3 days. Little heat elsewhere in the apartment.

The building is understaffed and the doorman can’t see the sidewalk from his desk as there is no camera and the new lobby construction puts him out of view of the door untilSomeone is already in The building. The package room is so large that there is a trafficJam by the elevators and only one person can get to their mailbox at a time. If the attendant is Busy with deliveries he can’t see when someone needs helpGetting out of the car or over the stepTo the Lobby. Our rents went up and the service we had was cut in half.

My request to have the windows cleaned in 5F was disallowed by the building community coordinator that the windows had been cleaned prior to my move in and recommended that I independently contact a recommended vendor.Given the level of soils, streaks and rain, my sense is that in may we’ll have been an oversight and the windows were in fact not cleaned, or well cleaned, before my lease began 8/2025.So it looks as if there is a difference of opinion about whether or not the windows were cleaned before I moved in. Therefore, for me the matter had not been successfully resolved. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback!
