I registered with practice a long time ago on the recommendation of two independent friends. It was Dr Alexander they-and I-were attached to; I am now equally happy with Priyesh Shah-and with Ann, hygienist. I have no suggestions. I would like to comment on the efficiency and cheerfulness of Gina in reception, whom I usually deal with. It is reassuring that she recognises us all, takes trouble to arrange appointments that are convenient and she is well-informed about the treatments on offer.

Always polite, helpful, friendly. Not made to feel like a patient. Feel they are worth travelling from Essex and I trust them with my treatment.
