Mr. Reginald and Mr. Timothy were very helpful in fixing the microwave. Mr. Reginald has also helped us with other maintenance issues in the past and is always very helpful and reliable. The maintenance service was prompt and efficient. Very satisfied with their work.

Reggie is super nice and efficient! He fixed the diverted valve and improved the draining. It’s still not draining the best so there might be a bigger issue
