I was told you no longer provide fluorescent bulbs for kitchen ceiling light fixture. As this is part of existing unit in place at time of rental,this new “rule” is ridiculous. Is Rudin so broke that you can’t afford to buy lightbulbs?! I also was not told what size to purchase.

Manager said window company lost their insurance and sent Nelson up with can of wd40. I’ve tried this but still can’t open windows due to hand arthritis. Drilon not aware that building does not have parts needed. After over a month’s wait I want to be informed when professional window company gets insurance back and can return to my apartment.Nancy Nelson- 13A

The building doesn’t have many “amenities”, other than the laundry room, but it’s very clean and well maintained.
