The move out experience was extremely difficult due to the super. No communication was ever clear nor could he be reach. Accused multiple times of garbage left out in front of the building when neither my roommate or I were at the unit- multiple text and rude calls where witnesses heard how rude the super was being towards me. Individual also entered the unit multiple times without requesting from roommate or I without us present (roommate was even home when super walked into the unit unannounced while she was trying to work)- this is upsetting and unsettling as our lease agreement was through 3.31. We also did not receive any information from the building on move out until 2 weeks before - would’ve been nice to have the month before.

Apartment is nice. It was frustrating not being able to get both sets of keys and also having to pay $50 for them was a surprise. The bathroom had been painted but it was still taped and covered in paper so not usable when we moved in. Drain cover had been removed for the process. Also apartment did not look like it had been cleaned before we moved in. So it didn't seem ready for our arrival. However, we were on a time crunch to move so appreciated the speed in which our Agent, Emily worked on our applications. She was a pleasure to deal with.
