First of all when I moved in 21 Sept 2024 I was only one person in apartment. The immediate tennat below me starting complaining that I am making noise the day after I moved . He even came to my door at end of week 1 and was rude saying to be quite . I told management that floor is not insulated properly and even normal walking is disturbing him as he was used to no one else living above him. Management didn’t do anything. Later when my husband and adult child visited and we were 3 people normal talking and walking he would tap the ceiling hard to give us a message that we are being noisy. I complained to management and he was still doing later on as well. Felt management didn’t take enough steps to ensure we were protected from This neigbor

Did not receive a single email from the building or any instructions about move out!! Overall experience at the building was horrible. No responsivity from leasing staff (frequent unanswered emails).

I was disappointed by how expensive renewal and month to month options were. Would have liked to stay longer but couldn’t justify the cost. The apartment was nice but very noisy and the low quality paint and flooring were impossible to keep clean.
