We love our apt… the amenities are top notch… the staff is excellent…the building is always spotless… great place to live

The staff is very friendly and the property is beautiful, conveniently located and the units are well-appointed.

Very informative tour guide. Very pretty place. We almost decided to live there but couldn't justify the price. We figured it would be more appropriate for the apartment to be given to another person who can afford it.

Tiffany was very friendly, she was very thorough with her tour and answered and questions we had. Definitely looking forward to moving hopefully soon.

Felt the move-out process was not clear. Facilities were well maintained overall. Maintenance responded promptly when service requested.Needed more communication on what was expected, such as scheduling loading dock, returning parking permits, etc. Parking stickers were difficult to remove.Overall, felt the service in the move in process was more accommodating than move out.

Soon as I get in the buildingI realize that’s what I want. I have everything what we need though person was very nice and polite very professional.

I like the place

First of all when I moved in 21 Sept 2024 I was only one person in apartment. The immediate tennat below me starting complaining that I am making noise the day after I moved . He even came to my door at end of week 1 and was rude saying to be quite . I told management that floor is not insulated properly and even normal walking is disturbing him as he was used to no one else living above him. Management didn’t do anything. Later when my husband and adult child visited and we were 3 people normal talking and walking he would tap the ceiling hard to give us a message that we are being noisy. I complained to management and he was still doing later on as well. Felt management didn’t take enough steps to ensure we were protected fromThis neigbor
