Tiffany was wonderful and pulled up videos of the floor plans I was interested in and made a suggestion based on my priorities

The chemical smell from the trash room has spread throughout the fourth floor.

Thin ceilings and walls leads to consistently poor sleep each day I live here.

Eunice (previous staff) used to be very kind and helpful, but the current staff take a long time to reply to emails. The customer service experience seems to be have declined and could use improvement.

I cannot control my thermostat. It adjust at its own will. I cannot connect to it. It freezes me sometimes at night and I have no idea what it does during the day. It counters my frequently and sometimes immediately. My smoke alarm chimes randomly in the middle of the night. It’s annoying. The trash chute is usually unavailable when I attempt to deposit my trash and recyclables.

We love our apt… the amenities are top notch… the staff is excellent…the building is always spotless… great place to live

The staff is very friendly and the property is beautiful, conveniently located and the units are well-appointed.

Very informative tour guide. Very pretty place. We almost decided to live there but couldn't justify the price. We figured it would be more appropriate for the apartment to be given to another person who can afford it.
