I love living at 333 Ellington. My main feedback I would give is that I find the hours of the courtyard/pool to be unreasonable. Closing at 8pm just seems disappointing and pointless when most people don’t get off work until around 5pm. Only really leaving a couple hours to use the grills or lounge at the pool.Especially being that there are outdoor activities, such as cornhole or ping-pong, you would think those are more of an evening activity or with a group of friends to have a BBQ/ lounge at the fire pit, and the sun is not beating down in the middle of the day. To put it bluntly, we are not children who need an early curfew and should be trusted to use the facilities into the evening with the expectation of maintaining respectful noise. If it’s possible in the future to extend these hours, possibly for next season as well that would be wonderful and make the community experience / amenities that we pay for much more rewarding.

Did not receive a single email from the building or any instructions about move out!! Overall experience at the building was horrible. No responsivity from leasing staff (frequent unanswered emails).

Tiffany was fantastic! The facility is exactly what we are looking for and will lock in before the end of the year.

Eunice was very accomodating and informative. She has great people skills and very clear communication with details and suggestions about the apartments

I was disappointed by how expensive renewal and month to month options were. Would have liked to stay longer but couldn’t justify the cost. The apartment was nice but very noisy and the low quality paint and flooring were impossible to keep clean.

We had the best tour guide. So attentive, kind, patient, and full of information. She made it feel like home when getting a tour.
