Tiffany was a super sweet tour guide gave us all the details and put everything out there we needed to know to make the decision. She was also able to work us in last minute without a prearranged tour which helped me a lot on such short notice!

The only issue I have is the trash rooms are sometimes a complete disaster area. I'm not sure what the solution is, however.
