Apartment was very clean and welcoming, our guide was very thorough, informative, and overall good communicator. Amenities were exactly as shown online. In my opinion, the apartment units were even nicer than they appeared on online photos. It was a truly pleasant experience.

The process of submitting and reviewing my application was easy and enjoyable.

The noise between apartments makes it feel like you don't really have a private space. I can hear TVs, phone conversations, and footsteps at all times of day including the middle of the night. The trash situation is terrible. The trash rooms are constantly overflowing. For the cost of living here, I would be reluctant to suggest this place to anyone. Its okay but very overpriced.
