Karina is a breath fresh air! She actually cares I can’t say that much for heather who canceled my work order unusually an said I was crying / making a big deal out of my refrigerator being broke for two days. From the second I spoke to Karina she had someone come to my unit ASAP , she was polite , actually called me back , and checked on us after our refrigerator got replaced. I really appreciated her for helping an not sweeping my problem under the rug.

Have had terrific experience with the maintenance side of things. Katrina and Jackie are very pleasant. They do follow up checks as well. In one incident the electrician that fixed a series of plugs within a couple of days. There was a mixup so not only did they check with me, but had their contractor assigned . Mr. Joey Watson called twice to make sure all was good. Electrical issues are scary, the concern and follow up gave me a sense of safety knowing this group cares. Thank you,
