The shower drain was clogged, and I had to unclog it myself. There was no water pressure, indicating that the shower head had not been cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, as there was hair on the toilet seat after it was supposedly cleaned, and it still had the seal on it. The dryer was missing its lint trap, which meant I couldn't do laundry, and there were OLD DIRTY clothes in the dryer. Maintenace had to come up twice while i was not here to fix those issues and i was not informed when they left.

It’s a design flaw to have two air exchangers but only have an AC output in a bedroom but not in the common area. It gets hot really fast

A map of the building would be nice. I still don’t know my way around or know where the bulk recycling is! And any logistics around furniture delivery too (as I’m buying new furniture altogether).Love the overall concierge though! And really appreciate the welcome bin of the essentials in the unit
