Unit was not ready for move in and had to wait 3 days for it to be cleaned. Front staff did not seem to care much and said I could take my money and go elsewhere when I just drove 11 hours from Utah and signed the lease for this unit 4 months ago.

Cockroaches are still alive and they are everywhere. Pest treatment wasn't efficient. Not satisfied at all.

He came to fix the AC and found out he needed more parts to fix it. He was very professional and let me know when he got them he would be back to complete the order.

Dishwasher was fixed quickly was told the fridge crisper drawers will be ordered and a screen for my balcony should be replaced. I feel confident that this will get done.
