I had trouble with the website initially paying online for the application and part of the security deposit it will not accept my savings account twice so I changed it to my checking which did get accepted however it looks like my savings was charged twice and I got a non-sufficient fund fee for $60 very inconvenient Now as for paying my rent it wouldn't let me do it e-check because of the NSF so I have to pay a $39.15 courtesy fee for using my debit again very inconvenient On top of that the brand new dishwasher is not working at all It's been 3 days since I reported it also the fridge which looks to be brand new is missing the bottom crisper drawer and I've also reported that I don't have a screen for my balcony. It would also be nice to inform new tenants the best internet service I had CenturyLink come out to say that the wiring was old therefore they could not give me the speed than I am wanting or needing so I have to go to a different service which is inconvenient because I've been with CenturyLink for 13 years. So The move is been bumpy. I am hoping everything gets fixed and corrected within the next two weeks.

You need to change the people that work on the main office…. I been there for 10 plus years and never had to put so many complains because the stuff on our apartment breaks and they don’t care or take so much day to get it fix
