Took forever to get our request fulfilled and had many problems of not getting it fully fixed in the first visit.

Unit was not ready for move in and had to wait 3 days for it to be cleaned. Front staff did not seem to care much and said I could take my money and go elsewhere when I just drove 11 hours from Utah and signed the lease for this unit 4 months ago.

Cockroaches are still alive and they are everywhere. Pest treatment wasn't efficient. Not satisfied at all.

For an infestation of this growing severity, I'm not sure if laying glue traps paired with my extra vigilance is the best long term solution.
