Our request was taken care of - the furnace works. However, there was no feedback so I'm not sure what to do in the future, or if we had done something wrong.

It was a little uncomfortable when another couple walked in to the apartment i was looking at while showing it to my partner on a video call. (She had just exited shower)

Everything is mostly great, but there were a few things that happened that were caused by the renovation company, or (for instance) our bathtub sealant keeps coming off… and it’s because as we get in and out of the bathtub… it dips down a little. So it pulls the sealant away from the wall and the tub. Dog poop and having that be picked up by OWNERS is still an issue, but the grounds keepers have been helping out with that more… and I appreciate them so much. I try my best to keep this entire complex clean for us all, so I’m happy that I’m seeing more be done… and I think some people were asked to leave because they just wouldn’t pick up after their dogs… and I know of a few more offenders who… maybe should be asked to leave if they refuse or say it’s “too hard” to pick up the poop. The rest of us are responsible dog owners… so why not them too? Rent is also a little high… for the things that aren’t included inside the unit. No W/D in-unit and the W/D units in the Laundry Room aren’t free… and so, that can be a little rough. Doing laundry here has been a challenge… either because things were broken, not working, disgustingly dirty, etc… but now you can SORT of use the machines… so, I guess it isn’t all bad there. They did put in some trash cans and some other signage and things that had been mentioned, so they’ve been listening. Biggest issue for us is, price we’re paying for what we’re getting. It’s entirely too high, it should be around $1,000 - $1,100 plus other fees, and it’s not at all. Everything is overpriced and overvalued these days, and I think it has to do with the software that’s used to “calculate” what lease prices should be. Why not do research and figure out lowest rate in the city, then find the highest rate and compare the properties to this one — the grounds have become beautiful here, but there’s still work to do. Parking is an ongoing problem… at night sometimes, we can’t find ONE spot open… and we have seen some people have 3-4-5 cars in ONE apartment unit… so I just want the rent rate to come down… to match the experience. It isn’t worth $1600 a month. $1200-1250 max is what these should run ANYONE, especially since the laundry is not free of charge and parking is terrible. Outside of THAT, my only other complaint is lack of fiber — Quantum, GFiber, etc — I hate Xfinity and want another option ASAP. Hope this helps.

You took my holding deposit and then denied me,and i never got my holding deposit back like you said i would within 3 months which i dont understand why it would be that long anyway. I don't even live there and wouldn't recommend anyone to live there. You don't even know who your tenants are, shows me the quality of the place.
