I have been here 14 years. I love my apartment. I hope I am able to stay longer. I would absolutely tell people to live in a Rudin apt.

Love living in a Rudin building.

Issue has not been resolved.

Constant bothersome requests from management to check my floors because my unstable downstairs neighbor doesn’t know what it’s like to have someone living above her in Manhattan. 11E leaves creepy handwritten notes talking about how I am negatively impacting her life. It’s insane.

This keeps happening and the switch needs to be replaced .

The issue is still not resolved.

The temperature in the fridge remains too high (64F) and the items in front of the freezer remain half-thawed. Also, the freezer sometimes stops to work for a while, and things get thawed, then half- frozen again. This is unsafe.

12J has a doormat outside their door.Is that allowed, or not? Should’t it be inside the apartment?

Everyone is so kind and always so responsive if there is ever an issue. Love this place!!!!

After reporting the major leak yesterday morning we were suprised not to hear from anyone about what would happen.
