I agreed to the additional recommended services but the time it took was longer than I expected/was originally advised. It was very busy so I get it but I was the 1st customer there at 7:30am and wasn't finished until almost 11 am. I do not live close to the dealership so I have to wait, I cannot drop my car. Thanks.

I wish there were more cars on the lot. More models and trims.The payments were a bit more than I wanted but I understood why.It's a great vehicle. There are some features that don't make sense. If i walk away with the key fob it locks the car and it won't unlock. Luckily I had the trunk open and had to climb in.

Chris took his time and told me what I will need at so many miles on the vehicle. He explain everything that was going to happen while doing the maintenance on the car. The time exactly he was going to have the car. And always informed on what was going in with the vehicle.When I go for service explain everything that are going to do to the car before returning it to you from the minute you walk in.

I came because my seatbelt was stuck in the door. They got my door open with minimal damage to the weather stripping, all good. The service recoveries to sell me $250 stripping, brakes, transmission fluid n flush, etc over $2000 worth of unnecessary services. He was pushy.The chairs are awfulOverall it’s ok but stop trying to sell me things I don’t need. He tried to sell me brakes. I only have 32,000 miles , when I told him they’re still good no squeaks grinding etc he’s like well you will start hearing that soon , again intimidating me but even when I do need brakes I’m not going to the dealer and pay $700!! Flush the trans. Again telling me if I don’t do it it will void the warranty etc. I don’t like that!!! I didn’t ask them to check these things. Just do what I came for and that’s it.Carol is sweet but slow.I don’t remember his name. He was friendly and courteous but extremely pushy , multiple times he tried to upsell. When I said no he started intimidating with telling us if we don’t have these services done it will void warranties and we’ll have to pay blah blah blah. He was pissing me off! I never go to the dealer for any repairs unless it’s a warranty item because they’re way too expensive. He was polite but a typical salesman. Dud not appreciate it.
