Re: the waiting area on Sat. 1/24 ~ 9am - 10 am... there were several customers in the waiting area talking on their cell phones. The tv was on and there was music playing over the speakers. I am generally not one to complain but it was extremely uncomfortable and impossible to concentrate. Next time I will bring my ear pods but I highly suggest a sign asking for customers to refrain from speaking on their cell phones in the waiting area. There was nowhere else to wait and it was freezing outside so that wasn't an option. Thanks... jmmThank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. my appointment was at 10 o'clock showed up at 9:30 for oil change did not leave until 1130pm So it took two hours for oil changeMechanic send me the papers and a check all my levels and my window wiper fluid was empty that I had to go buy some and put some in. She did not check that.

When you step on the gas the car take seconds before you get speed. My previous cars go when you step on the gasBecause it’s not a car everyone would, I brought it but friends and family would not want to buy one
