Our dishwasher had mold and mildew literally growing in it and our refrigerator was also very disgusting. Also, the drawers were filled with random stuff from the previous tenants that should’ve been just thrown out. But overall move-in was quick and easy and the staff were all great and very informative!!

Everything is great! The only real dirt I had to clean up was the air vent, it was pretty dusty.

A few blinds for the balcony sliding door need to be added. The kitchen table is missing screws for a corner, and the brace for the bottom has not been tightened.

Brandon and his team are AMAZING. Brandon worked with me for weeks regarding my transfer and all the small nuances it came along with. He always kept me in the loop and when there was a problem he told me the problem and solution where as the old management would just write it on a sticky note and forget about it. I LOVE having Brandon’s team here instead of the last!

I was never given a parking permit at move-in and my lease was only able to be signed by paper and the address isn’t listed on my lease document so it’s been hard to verify my address to USPS or other places
