I think staff is great and the amenities are a plus, especially the dog wash station and dog park, which we utilize often. The finishings in our updated apartment are nice, but unfortunately we cannot use our ceiling fans as much as we’d like because nearby neighbors can trigger the lights on/off with their remotes. It seems like a difficult problem to solve since each apartment has 3 fans and there are only 12 possible codes for each fan, and given the close proximity of each unit and the radius of the fan remotes, overlap is bound to occur. I just wish we could use the bedroom fan at night without the light turning on randomly and waking us up, which seems to happen everytime we’ve tried to use it at night. Also, we’ve caught 8 rats in total in our apartment, which is unfortunate.

Our parking spot was occupied and the problem was resolved IMMEDIATLYafter manager emailed residents . The problem was that she/he did it only 2 hours after we let her/him know about the situation. So we had to circle the neighborhood for 2 hours trying to park somewhat nearby our unit since we needed to carry heavy boxes out of the car.

Old interior. Mices on property. Few in my walls. Called before and only a mouse trap was set. Nothing further was done.

My original request was deleted by the system and I only noticed because I got frustrated with how long it took to replace some pegs in my cabinet and checked the status online. Literally a 5 minute fix that took over three weeks (we were left with the pegs and I used them to replace other badly fitting shelves)The maintenance system is horrendous. It is impossible to contact an actual human being and I'm stuck talking to a shitty chatbot through text message while the apartment bombards me with useless emails about signing up for rewards and reviews. I have never, in all 10 years of my renting life, had maintenance or apartment staff this difficult to contact and this slow to respond.The only reason I did not rate the lowest possible is because, eventually, the maintenance team did come out after constant badgering and texting the line.

The smell that I had reported has minimized. There was some shoe prints left throughout the floors but aside from that, 8/10 rating.
