the service was thorough and complete. as always jason was professional and so helpful. excellent work.

I asked to be notified by text before entering, did not receive either text or phone call.The notice the service had been complete did not state anything about what was done to the leaking roof.The roof still leaks at the same spots as before, seems nothing was done to address the leak.

Move in day went great and I really appreciate all the lovely move in gifts left in our new home. After move in day we kept having trouble with parking as the spot we had been assigned was already being used by another resident, and this happened twice more with other spots we were assigned.

Everything was good except we were assigned someone else’s parking spot three times (each time receiving complaints from the owner of the spots)

Trouble with a barking dog I have brought up several times and had alot of trouble with my lease renewal before this past year it was really pleasant. Also trouble with pests

Maintenance repair was done fast.Need minor adjustments on the bathroom upstairs toilet bowl.Works fine,but after flushing there’s still noise coming from the valve(?).
