Jason is always amazing!

Move in day went great and I really appreciate all the lovely move in gifts left in our new home. After move in day we kept having trouble with parking as the spot we had been assigned was already being used by another resident, and this happened twice more with other spots we were assigned.

Everything was good except we were assigned someone else’s parking spot three times (each time receiving complaints from the owner of the spots)

Trouble with a barking dog I have brought up several times and had alot of trouble with my lease renewal before this past year it was really pleasant. Also trouble with pests

Maintenance repair was done fast.Need minor adjustments on the bathroom upstairs toilet bowl.Works fine,but after flushing there’s still noise coming from the valve(?).

My Neighbors are too noisy. The thin apartment walls and hard floors make it difficult to ignore the constant noise. The kids are always crying, the parents are shouting, and the sound of shoes stomping, jumping, running up and down the stairs really disturbing my daily life. I hope my neighbors can be more considerate and try to limit the noise.

I like living here, the area is really quiet and my neighbors are friendly. The walls are a little thin and sometimes I hear noises (like walking up stairs) which can catch me off guard. Also my neighbors dogs bark a lot and they leave them outside which feels a little uncourteous, but there's nothing to really do about it. But overall - the housing is nice.

Jason always has the answer to our problems. He's an integral part of this property.
