I love the neighborhood. And compared to many newer buildings, these apartments have so much more storage space and square footage. The management company has been very good.

We absolutely LOVED living here and were incredibly happy with the management. They were responsive, showed up to work during office hours, and were very friendly. However, about a month before we moved they let go of all of the manager’s and replaced them with managers who used to manage the building (?). We were going to move anyways but thank goodness we did. New management didn’t respond to any messages, didn’t even try to show our available unit for 2 months, didn’t know about reservating the freight elevator so didn’t do as we had asked to reserve for our move, and never wrote anything down about dates or keys or fobs or anything. I will be curious to see if they even documented we turned anything in. Were they friendly? Yes. Were they competent? Goodness no. So glad we got out when we did. So sad because we lived there 2 years and never once had an issue or complaint.

I consider 735 SW ST Clair my home. However I was driving out by the new management. Majesta refused to allowed me to move to an updated unit that it was posted on CL and on their website for $1455. I offered to go month to month at 3% rent increased. The answer was NO. I offered to sign a 1year lease at $1390 the answer was.NO. I asked Mallorie the assistant manager that if I could change my move out date, as I was contemplating of going month to month at the 6% increased she blatant lied and said that someone had an put an application. No one had view the apartment to have put an application. A day later I confirmed my move out date and what do you know the apartment is listed on their website at $1280. $110 less than what I was paying. Once I moved out it was posted at $1270 for a 10 month lease. Kick a long tern tenant out and steeply drop the rent for new tenants. I emailed Majesta 3 days after my moved out asking about the process of my deposit and as of today I haven’t herd a response,
