Terrible experience. Constant fire alarms and noise. Riddled with ants. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful

Miranda who showed us the property was wonderful. She took the time to fully answer questions and provided a warm, welcoming environment. We are actually not moving for several months but 808 was at the top of the list.

Parking is the issue

The parking situation is really bad and we never get the parking on our floor due to open parking. Rather than that they should assign the parking at the floor itself. Why a person living on 3rd floor should park on 5th floor. Another thing is charging is limited to 6hrs without extra cost which is not good enough as it takes atleast 8hrs for overnight charging considering min sleep time for anyone is 7hrs.

Property management makes executive decisions without consideration for the experience of the majority of their tenants. Maintenance of communal trash bins and disposal rooms are a consistent eye sore. Parking availability is scarce. Multiple units experience annual ant infestations during heat waves. Lighting fixtures and misc. appliances have minor issues. Automated shower vent fans run all day long without the ability to manually turn off, effectively raising your electricity bill. And we moved into a unit with uncapped, exposed electrical wiring in the internet panel which likely resulted in many ethernet ports not functioning at all.

My only downsides to living here are:1. Someone is constantly smoking marijuana outside facing the dog park all afternoon-evening every day.2. Frequently I have seen personal trainers living in the apartment use the gym as a facility and bring their clients in to train them/get paid for their services (they take up a lot of space).3. People refuse to put their trash bags into the chutes in trash rooms, leaving them on the floor- it can pile up making it impossible to get to the chutes.

The gym is one of the main reasons we’ve continued to stay here.

Customer service was great, received lots of help and staff went above and beyond with helping during our application process. 10/10 would recommend to others.
