Liked the in person tour with someone there to answer questions. Elbert was great with everything! The community was clean and well maintained which I liked a lot.

The sales person Elbert has been attentive to going through all the models throughly.

Very quiet place with easy to access many freeways and public transportations.

Minor maintenance issues throughout. More than one grill had loose or broken handles. This is a sign of inadequate maintenance and quality control of amenities. Trash smells are emanating from the trash rooms, indicating insufficient or inadequate ventilation.

Carolina was very thorough when giving the tour, she showed me all the different floor plans that were available during my target move in date. She also made sure to show me the different color schemes available. She marked up the map showing where each apartment was located within the building so I can get a good idea of which amenities would be closest.

Macie had helped us finding the ideal apartment for me and my wife and was very helpful! She was very pleasant to work with had all the answers to our questions! We got the application and she helped us for each step and was very informative. We had looked at numerous properties and was set with 808 thanks to her being helpful in deciding and accommodating our needs. Would definitely recommend coming here and working with Macie to find your apartment needs!

Great location and lovely complex

The community and tour were great! There was an awesome deal going on at the time of touring. I knocked the recommendation to a 9 because they said sometimes Amazon and other companies can’t find the package room.

My car was towed because the parking system was changed from one system to another without migrating data. The wheels took damage from the towing and I had to pay 500$ to the towing company.When we tried adding the second car to the new system, that didn't work in the first attempt either so even if I wanted to add it I couldn't.In the end, the garage door was WIDE FUCKING OPEN for months on end with absolutely useless security guard but tow truck was still active. It felt punishing to park in this apartment and I was more afraid of the building management than break-ins. It's the MAIN reason why I moved out.
