Honestly, the apartment is good and the maintenance is great. We take care of the apartment and our neighbors are good too. Biggest complaint which simply you guys don’t care about is adding apartment directions. It’s like walking in a maze and whenever I am sick (usually suffering from leg pains, I order DoorDash for food) the guys have to take elevator 3 and then find my apartment. They simply don’t care and just leave the food near the leasing and leave. Defeats the whole purpose of food delivery. On second floor if they come using elevator 2, I have to walk out and let them in because the door requires key fob.This one single reason is making life difficult here. And we will be moving out for the same reason. Friends asked if this is a good apartment to live in and we were honest about this issue and they chose to go else where

The hallways were very dirty with drip stains

The community is great

Car alarms go off at random hours, sometimes waking me up at 2am. Neighbors leave trash out without garbage bags and don't seem to stop. Other than that, apartment itself is nice.

The apartments are clean and spacious. Great community. The manager, Erick, was resourceful and keen on helping with the house tour and the application.
