Car alarms go off at random hours, sometimes waking me up at 2am. Neighbors leave trash out without garbage bags and don't seem to stop. Other than that, apartment itself is nice.

The apartments are clean and spacious. Great community. The manager, Erick, was resourceful and keen on helping with the house tour and the application.

The property itself has the most amenities of any property I saw in the area, the units were very spacious and well finished, and the leasing team did an amazing job of touring us. Very professional!

Community rules are not enforced. People leaving trash outside at any time of the day (any day), parties in the pool area happening after 10pm, in some apartments people smoke weed, etc.
