Community rules are not enforced. People leaving trash outside at any time of the day (any day), parties in the pool area happening after 10pm, in some apartments people smoke weed, etc.

Welcoming staff

The community was filthy. There was garbage thrown about all over. Plus there was dog pee in the 2 elevators we used. As well as dog poop both inside some halls and all throughout the outer perimeter.

Coleena was amazing! She welcomed us to the property and answered all of our questions with poise. Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Lovely community.

Great apartment complex. More space to walk around inside the complex would have been the cherry on top.

The fire alarms are always going off. The elevator has been broken basically the whole time. Dogs shit in the parking lot on the 6th floor and no one picks it up. There’s construction going on during the day and no one informed us of a new development happening on San Carlos street prior to moving in. Willing to tow cars but take no responsibility when cars get broken into. 10/10 would not recommend.
