Want the issue to be resolved by maintenance instead of doing it by self

Richard is absolutely without a doubt the best maintenance man I’ve ever had beat it from a business or home aspect.

No one came by to fix the issue

The maintenance men are great dudes but the dripping sound is persistent despite the ceiling being patched up. If it’s either a dripping sound or the clicking of the pipes rubbing up agianst wood, which they said may have caused the initial leak, then the issue is not resolved.
