My husband's toilet always seems to have problems ate are fixed but only temporarily fixed. Recently my toilet has also had problems in flushing as the flushing never stops. Someone came and picked up the top and pushed some green plastic tubing. He said that piece needed to be replaced and/or cleaned as it was dirty. That was never done. It's working now but for how long?

I am not sure what you were referring to. If it is the washer and dryer then yes, Randy Jaquez came and emptied all the filters of the dryer so hopefully it will work when I use it but I haven't used it as of yet.
