The customer service was outstanding! The employees were happy and delighted to help us with the rental. I would strongly recommend this storage facility to anyone including family. We decided not to sell our home at this time.

Everything was excellent, staff very courteous and professional and the unit served us very well in terms of space and accessibility. The items being stored were relocated to my attic and garage.

I will use you again if I need a storage unit I still have the other storage A116. My house is finished now so I am getting my boxes emptied and things put in my house. It will take a while to get A116 emptied. It is plumb full. I found AAA Storage to be very clean and convenient getting in and out. The air conditioning was a plus or it would have e been way too hot. It could use more lighting.

Nothing! Tina was of great help. I felt safe whenever I was in & out of my storage unit. Nothing was ever bothered, no ill effects from weather or anything else. I meant for it to be a year & it turned into two. I’m very happy with my experience. Finally moved into my own place.
