Addressed poop concern, cleaned out the mentioned poop, improved rodent/etc controlLots of poop found in storage unit. I addressed with staff member via phone at that time who stated this was “normal” and likely “just a lizard”. Poop was left in the unit for 2+ months until we moved out and canceled our unit.

All the people that work there are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend using this storage facility. Conveniently located on 290 near Bell Springs Road.Moved into a new home

Not a thing! If I was staying in the area, I would definitely have used some sort of extra storage space!Facilities always clean, very helpful, kind agent!,, fully stocked with moving supplies. GREAT PLACE!I'm moving, so it was a transitional use.

Tina was so wonderful to work with. She was always available to answer any questions and was so polite.She was always on the property and working hard. She cares about the property and takes very good care of it.We moved our items to our house.

I moved out Sunday. It would have been nice to have access to a bathroom on the day your office was closed. I couldn’t leave to find one with everything out of the moving truck.Neede a bigger space.
